You have spent a lot of money and time planning this dream vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Obviously, you'll want to make the most out of your time in the park, and you would naturally want to avoid wasting time lining up for rides that you may not even enjoy. It's a good idea to save both your time and energy on the good stuff. This is how you can do it.

First Stop Is Tomorrowland's Space Mountain

Undoubtedly, one of the favorites at Magic Kingdom is the Space Mountain. No surprise there. You can already feel the suspense while still waiting on the queue, and your anticipation is heightened as you watch the illuminated cars zooming through the track in pitch darkness. On this high speed coaster with dual tracks you won't even be able to see the person right in front of you as the world dims and asteroids and meteors shower the surrounding darkness.

Second Stop Is Adventureland's Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Still in the Magic Kingdom, this roller coaster is fashioned after a 19th century gold mining train and is a little bit more low key. Kids as young as 7 years old can already get on this ride.

Third Stop Dinosaur

For this Animal Kingdom ride, it might be best to leave the younger kids with grandma as this could get pretty scary. You will be on a "time machine", taking a virtual trip back in time of the dinosaurs with a researcher looking for an Iguanodon. Look out for the giants roaring overhead because they're definitely not friendly!

Fourth Stop Primeval Whirl

Haven't you and the kids always wanted to find out whether or not a meteor really killed off all the dinosaurs? Well, you can find out by taking a trip on this cheerfully decorated roller coaster at the Animal Kingdom. Not for everyone, since the jerking can be pretty robust.

Fifth Stop Expedition Everest

Not only Disney's tallest coaster, but also one of the few that goes backwards as well as forwards, Expedition Everest is one of the newest and best rated attractions at Disney. With speeds of up to 50 miles per hour, only kids ages 10 and above can go on this Animal Kingdom ride.

Sixth Stop Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

This is one ride that every Toy Story fan must get on at the Magic Kingdom. Com'on, don't you want to grab yourself a laser gun and join Star Command as it takes off on a mission to battle Evil Emperor Zurg? This interactive ride is sure to be a hit amongst kids of all ages.

Seventh Stop Star Tours

If you're at least 8 years old and are not afraid of the dark, you can experience Star Wars at the Hollywood Studios. This is one very awesome experience. Fly to the Moon Endor and get attacked by enemy warships as flight simulators take you through an interactive movie made by George Lucas.

Eighth Stop Rock n Roll Coaster

Don't miss going on a rock concert backlit in neon with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. Neon and Steven Tyler! This is definitely something you can't miss! The pre-show is a bit longer than the actual ride at Hollywood Studios, but the inversions and corkscrews definitely make the whole experience worth it.

Ninth Stop Astro Orbiter

Check out the panorama of Tomorrowland from the vantage point of the Astro Orbiter, situated atop the People Mover's platform. From a car that looks like a rocket ship you'll travel among the orbiting planets.

Last But Not Least Peter Pan's Flight

And of course, we've saved the best for last. Who hasn't dreamed they can fly? On this ride you'll go to Neverland not on wings but on flying pirate ships that take you on a delightful, adventure-filled journey into the Peter Pan story.
